Youth Program
St. John Ambulance’s Youth Services Program is a structured health-oriented program that provides young people with opportunities for social, educational and personal development through training, community service opportunities, leisure activities and participation at special events.

Participants take part in a variety of personal development activities which include first aid and health care training, volunteer community service, camping and recreational activities.

- 16 and 17 year olds are provided with more advanced first aid training and an emphasis on individual leadership qualities and performing community service.
- Youth Leaders - provide adults age 18 and older the opportunity to take part in the administration, training and supervision of St. John Ambulance Youth Services Program participants.
We are looking for:
- Young people with an interest in first aid and health care, who are looking for community involvement, first aid, leadership and health-care related skills development.
- Adults 18 years of age and older with an interest in youth development, first aid and health care who wish to provide guidance and leadership as part of St. John Ambulance’s Youth Services Program within their community.
